Evaggelos Tzamos

PhD in Geochemistry

Dr. Evangelos Tzamos, is a Senior Researcher of EcoResources, a mineral exploration and mining/industrial waste treatment external expert at North Aegean Slops SA and a postodoctoral researcher at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Tzamos has over 12 years of professional experience in the fields of mineral exploration, environmental and applied geochemistry and waste treatment in the frame of circular economy. He has been a senior scientist in several private- and EU-funded projects and has authored more than 60 scientific and more than 20 professional publications.

Konstantinos Simeonidis

PhD in Materials Science

Dr. Konstantinos Simeonidis is a Chemical Engineer holding a PhD in Materials Science; currently a postdoctoral researcher in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a scientific fellow in East Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology. His research interests are the design, synthesis and engineering of nanomaterials for environmental and biomedical applications. In this field, he is the author of 77 peer-reviewed scientific paper and inventor of 7 patents.

Evgenios Kokkinos

PhD in Chemical Engineering

Dr. Evgenios Kokkinos has a degree in Chemistry from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and currently he is a Postdoctoral researcher in the same department. His Doctoral research was carried out at Chemical Engineering Department of AUTh. His main research interests are the removal of toxic metals from water and flue gases, as well as their recovery from industrial waste, in the concepts of good housekeeping and circular economy.

Angelos T. Zamanis

MSc in Chemical Technology

Angelos T. Zamanis is chemist with a MSc in Chemical Technology and a PhD candidate in Department of Chemistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His current position is supervisor in a Food and Beverage Production Industry while his past position was supervisor in a Biogas and Fertilizer Production Industry. A. T. Zamanis has conducted research reports both in Greece and abroad and he is also author in many scientific publications. His research interests focus on “process intensification” in industrial sector as well as on management of wastes with emphasis in “industrial symbiosis” and thus to circular economy.
